SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. We use DPD courier within Ireland and Northern Ireland. We use Fedex, DPD and Post to ship to European countries. Unfortunately we do not ship to the U.K.
2. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number
   
3. For Myconutri mushroom products: If we receive an order before 11am we will do our best to ship on that day.
4. For live plants: If the shipping date is not mentioned on check out, we will contact you about 1 week before shipping, so you are ready to care for the plants when they arrive.
5. We send out live plants in full growth and sometimes without a pot but with some soil attached. The plant is carefully protected with straw and individually wrapped to keep moisture in the root ball. Your plants will be packed in the morning, collected and delivered by our selected courier within one to two days (Ireland & N. Ire). You will receive tracking and shipping details once they have left Ivywood. Please be sure you are home to receive your package. We have found that plants can survive about 7-10 days with this method, but we prefer not to put them under that much stress, so we do not send out orders on Thursday or Friday. We do not send out on these two days because of the unlikely event that you miss the courier the plants may be sitting in a hot storage depot over the weekend. Most plant orders are shipped on Monday/Tuesday
6. Our Medicinal Plant Nursery is closed for deliveries from mid September to mid April. Orders made during this time will be shipped in April
7. We charge €5 (inc VAT) for shipping books and Myconutri mushroom porducts
8. We charge €10 (inc VAT) for shipping plants per box. We can fit about 30 small plants per box. (Shipping will be adjusted on checkout)
9. EU deliveries with DPD courier takes about 3-7 days. Post may take a little longer.
10. We are currently not shipping to the UK, due to the difficulties with international shipping of live plants with soil.
11. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE €20 or €30 for Practitioners purchasing Myconutri products.
12. RETURNS: We will take back any product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of goods and issue you with a refund or replacement.
13. **If you have ordered the wrong product or incorrect amount** We can only accept returns of Myconutri products if we are notified within 7 days of receiving the products. The product and product container must not be opened or damaged. Please be aware that you will have to cover the cost of postage for returning the products. On receiving the returns we will issue a refund, minus the shipping cost (only for whole orders returned) and credit card carges.
14. We use environmentally friendly, recycled and sometimes resued packaging, please reuse the packaging you recieve.
15. Shipping is FREE for purchases over €250 inc VAT (For Ireland and N.Ireland only)
16. Shipping rates for small packages under 500g (6 x Myconutri capsules or 1 x 250g of Powder) to the following EU countries Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (inc. Corsica & Monaco), Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland is betweek €12-€18
17. Shipping rates with FexEx and DPD for EU countries are calculated on checkout.
