Oyster Mushroom is a widely cultivated edible fungus that thrives on decaying hardwood in temperate and subtropical climates. Valued for its rich nutritional profile, it is easily grown on cellulose-rich substrates and has been studied for a variety of benefits.

Now produced using 50% high-concentration hot-water extract (6-7:1) and 50% full-spectrum hot-water extract, both derived from the fruiting body, providing naturally higher levels of beta-glucans and dietary fibre from the mushroom itself.

This updated formula follows a balanced, natural extraction philosophy, respecting the inherent harmony of the mushroom’s active compounds rather than isolating or exaggerating individual ingredients.

It reflects a holistic approach similar to the traditional TCM principle of “Jun–Chen–Zuo–Shi”, where each component supports and complements the others to achieve overall balance and efficacy.

The result is a formula that delivers broader nutritional activity and enhanced support for overall wellbeing.

MycoNutri™ Oyster Mushroom is produced using a dual-process hot-water extraction method, followed by vacuum concentration and spray-drying. The final extract delivers more than 40% total beta-glucans along with a broad spectrum of naturally occurring active compounds, including ergothioneine and lovastatin.

Directions and servings suggestions:
 
Take 2 capsules, 1-3 times daily, or as recommended by your health professional.

Capsules may be opened and sprinkled into hot or cold drinks, smoothies, juices, soups or food if preferred.
 
 
Raw material manufacturing process:
 
The fruiting bodies are cleaned, dried and milled, followed by a two-stage hot-water extraction process to obtain a full range of soluble polysaccharides and beta-glucans.

High-Concentration 100% Extract

• Hot-water extracted twice using controlled-temperature water to release polysaccharides and protein-bound fractions.
• Extracts are filtered and vacuum-concentrated to preserve molecular integrity.
• Spray-dried without fillers, producing a clean, soluble powder.
• No carriers, starch or maltodextrin.
• Fully soluble.

Full-Spectrum Extract

• Hot-water extraction to obtain soluble beta-glucans and polysaccharides.
• A proportion of natural mushroom fibres is retained to preserve the mushroom’s native insoluble compounds, producing a balanced full-spectrum extract.
• The combined extract is then spray-dried under controlled conditions, with no excipients or fillers, ensuring both potency and authenticity.
