Directions & Serving suggestions

Take up to ½ a level 5 ml tsp daily, (suggested intake between 500mg -1g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.

½ level teaspoon = approx 1g.

Mix into warm water, smoothies, yoghurt, or take in capsules. Avoid combining with grapefruit juice.
