Acerola Cherry (Malpighia emarginata)
Often called the Barbados cherry, acerola originates from Central and South America and is renowned for its exceptionally high vitamin C content.
Green, unripe acerola contains almost twice as much vitamin C as ripe fruit, making the timing of harvest crucial.
Because acerola deteriorates within 3–5 days after picking, freeze-drying (vacuum + low temperature) is used to preserve its delicate phytochemicals.

Matcha
Shade-grown in traditional tea gardens in Japan.
Covered for 20–30 days pre-harvest to boost L-theanine and chlorophyll.
Processed through steaming, cooling, drying, grading, metal detection, milling, sieving, packaging.
Acerola
Grown in Brazil, harvested when still green for maximal vitamin C content.
Immediately frozen and freeze-dried using low-temperature vacuum drying.
