Wood Ear Organic

Wood Ear (Auricularia auricula) is a widely distributed mushroom found in temperate and subtropical forests across the globe. Extensively cultivated and valued in cuisine for its slightly crunchy texture, it has also been studied for a range of potential health benefits. These include anti-cholesterol, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects, as well as cardiovascular support and dopamine regulation (observed in animal studies).
