Raw Material manufacturing process
Hot-Water Extraction (All Seven Mushrooms)
Each mushroom is extracted twice using controlled-temperature hot water to release polysaccharides and protein-bound fractions.
Extracts are filtered and vacuum-concentrated to preserve molecular integrity.
Spray-Drying
Concentrated extracts are spray-dried without fillers, producing a clean, soluble powder.
Blending
Seven individual extracts are blended in precise ratios to achieve >40% soluble beta-glucans and a wide structural diversity of polysaccharides.
Final Product = 100% extract powders. No carriers, no starch, no maltodextrin. Fully soluble.
